Jennifer is an actor and teacher originally from NYC, now based in Ithaca, NY. She comes from a family of Broadway actors & stage managers, and has been working as an actor for most of her life. Off-Broadway & NYC theatre credits include: MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING (Hero) w/ Gorilla Repertory; THE MERCHANT OF VENICE (Jessica), THE CRADLE WILL ROCK (Sister Mister / Sadie), and THE MISANTHROPE (Eliante) all with the Jean Cocteau Repertory; YENTL with the Folksbiene Yiddish Theatre, directed by Robert Kalfin; LEAP (world premiere) at the Abingdon Theatre Co.; HIDDEN VOICES, directed by Terrence Mann, at the Minetta Lane Theatre; THE HOUSE OF BERNARDA ALBA with the Prospect Theatre Company, directed by Cara Reichel, plus numerous productions with companies including La MaMa E.T.C., Expanded Arts, Vital Theatre Company, Jewish Repertory, Theater For The New City, et al. Jennifer teaches acting in the Department of Theatre Arts at Ithaca College, where she has been a lecturer since 2010. As a resident teaching artist for the Hangar Theatre, Jennifer taught for the “Next Generation School Of Theatre, and worked with 4th Graders as part of the “Project 4: Artists-In-The-Schools” program. As an acting/audition coach, Jennifer works with private students of all ages, from young children to adults. She holds a B.F.A. in Acting from Ithaca College.
